Ein Jahr macht ja bei einem 15 jährigen relativ deutlich mehr aus als ein Jahr bei einem 40 Jährigen - musste mal gesagt sein zum Thema Altersschnitt heben ;)

in absoluten zahlen, bleibt ein jahr immer ein jahr,.
nur bei %-betrachtung wäre es bei jüngeren kollegen mehr als bei älteren ;-)

Schon klar, dass durch den Geburtstag eines Jungen der Altersschnitt nicht mehr steigt, als durch den eines Älteren.
